Do all clans have bloodlines or do secret techniques suffice? Can anyone learn the Inuzuka jutsu if they have a strong bond with their dog?

Looking for an OST

I'm requesting help about Naruto Shippuden's OST.

Does anybody know what's the OST to NS Ep 135 in the beginning. It's a flashback scene with Itachi and Sasuke as kids. It plays from 0.45 to 1.19. I've been looking all over the net and I just can't find this particular OST.

Kakashi Gaiden DVD bonus drama CD

A while back, I reserved a copy of the Kakashi Gaiden DVD, after being mesmerized by CMs promising a rare, reservation only shiny all new drama CD as a bonus extra. Being one of two people on the internet who love Team Minato to the point of questionable sanity and in love with the idea of there being a drama CD about my favorite team, I booked it to my local Animate and filled out a reservation form.

Time passed, aforementioned friend and I wouldn't stop talking about how awesome a drama CD with Obito in it Team Minato drama CD would be. :D I picked up my copy yesterday.
